Q: How and when should interested customers contact you about custom work?

A: Please contact us directly through email chettainkshop@gmail.com or leaving a voicemail/text message at (608) 620 - 3853.


Q: What are your custom artwork payment terms?

A: A 50% non-refundable installment payment is required to begin the sketch process and the remaining balance is due upon completion of work. Artwork will be shipped/delivered/available for pick up upon receipt of balance due. Up to three sketches are included in quoted price, with any additional sketch fee of $50 per sketch. An invoice/receipt will be sent to you via email.


Q: What shipping options do you offer?

A: We currently charge a flat rate of $5 per order for shipping and free return shipping.


Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Allow 2 - 5 business days for products to be assembled by hand, and 2 - 5 business days for your finished piece to arrive to your door. The full process takes between 5 - 10 business days.


Q: Need a different Size?

A: In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size product fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.


Q: Can Custom work be returned?

A: Custom made or specially ordered pieces are created especially for, and based on, the exact requirements of each individual client and therefore may not be returned or exchanged.


Q: What is your return policy?

A:  Merchandise must be returned within 15 days.

Merchandise must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.

Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.

Final Sale items may not be returned.

Chetta Ink Shop monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on fraudulent order or returns behavior.


Q: What is your return process?

A: 

1. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition from Chetta Ink Shop, please email us (chettainkshop@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. Please include in the email your order/item number, at least one photo of the item, and one photo of the shipping container it arrived in. After reviewing the information provided and confirming that the artwork has been damaged in transit, we will replace the piece of artwork quickly and free of charge. 


2. All other returns need to contact Chetta Ink Shop within 7 days of your delivery date. Please include your order/item number and a detailed description of the issue in the email to chettainkshop@gmail.com. The most common reasons are listed below.



- The product is defective or damaged


- The wrong item was delivered



- The product did not meet the customer’s expectations


- The customer received the product as a gift and would like to return it


3. Returns that arrive within 15 days from the delivery date (allow 7 days transit time) are edible for a full refund. Returns that arrive after 15 days from the delivery date will receive an 80% partial refund. 


4. Your return package should include the item, along with the original packaging and any documents that came with it. You will receive a confirmation once your shipment has reached us.


5. Once the item has been received by Chetta Ink Shop, our quality assurance department will inspect the merchandise. After the item has been verified and received safely, we will issue a refund in the same way payment was made and an email once your return has been processed. Allow up to 10 business days upon our receipt of the returned item for the money to be returned to your account.
